Definition of ball screw

Ball screw is an ideal product that converts rotary motion into linear motion, or converts linear motion into rotary motion.

Ball screw consists of screw, nut and ball. Its function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, which is the further extension and development of ball screw. The significance of this development is to change the bearing from rolling motion to sliding motion. Its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion or torque into axial repeated force. The ball screw can be pre pressed, because the pre pressure can make the axial clearance reach a negative value, so as to obtain higher rigidity (the ball screw can increase the rigidity of the screw nut due to the repulsive force of the ball when it is actually used in mechanical devices).  

5. High speed feed possible
 
The ball screw can realize high-speed feed (movement) because of its high movement efficiency and low heating. Accuracy tolerance: C10, C7, C5, C3, C2, C1 -- the smaller the number, the higher the accuracy.

2. When the ball screw is used as the driving body, the nut will be converted into linear motion according to the lead of the corresponding specification with the rotation angle of the screw. The passive workpiece can be connected with the nut through the nut seat, so as to realize the corresponding linear motion.
